Choose from whole chickens, chicken pieces, or hand boned cuts for your favorite meals to bake, fry or grill.
Pork is the other favorite white meat here at Barrington Butchery. Choose your favorite cut of chops, roasts, or boneless loin all grain fed. Special cuts available upon request for whole or ½ hams, crown roasts, or entire pigs for pig roasts.
LAMB AND VEAL
Lamb and veal are available as special orders for your favorite recipes. We offer rack of lamb, leg of lamb, lamb chops, veal chops, veal cutlets, and veal roasts.
Barrington Butchery offers handmade sausages in different varieties freshly made daily available in links or patties.
If you are interested in a special type of meat, just contact us. Barrington Butchery can supply you with duck, turkey, quail, and rabbit, or whatever you desire.
ARITISAN CHEESES and CHEESE BOARDS
We have a wide variety of artisan cheeses available. Make up your own Cheese Board with our assortment of Italian meats, cheeses and condiments or we will make it up for you. Cheese boards will be made up for purchase daily, board included in pricing.
